This workshop will explore art exercises that can help creative professionals, students, and faculty transition from one task to the next by practicing mindful art making in a short amount of time. A variety of prompts and quick drawings will allow participants to understand how to use 5 – 10 minutes of their day to ease into a creative project, helping them build a mini portfolio of work that they can use to inspire and inform other projects in their practice.
Participants should bring thin pens / markers and pencils they are comfortable using, paper will be provided.
